Took me 2 hours to beat Champion's Road for the first time. Took me 2 MONTHS to beat The Perfect Run for the first time. I can easily agree that The Perfect Run is harder though I never tried Darker Side.

Some thoughts: It's possible to use Glydon to skip all the way to the Bowser section if you boost yourself up with a twister and shake like there's no tomorrow. This cuts out the hardest part of the level. (There have also at various been ways to skip the level entirely and go straight to the Moon, but they might have all been patched.) I've never beating The Perfect Run "as intended"; instead, I brought Yoshi along for the entire thing with the infinite flutter jump glitch. Bringing him through the cloud maze is a pain, but he makes the later sections much easier. The blocks at the end of the first section of Champion's Road are close enough together that you can just run across them as long as you manage to not land right in between the first two. The Ant Troopers and Piranha Creepers can be janky, but if you just go for it, they line up pretty nicely. (This is the one part of the level that's actually harder as Peach.) With all that in mind, I would say that The Perfect Run is the hardest of the three, though Champion's Road gives it a run for its money if you're not playing as Peach or Rosalina. Darker Side is a decent challenge, but Odyssey's insane movement ceiling and being able to take a reasonable number of hits lessen its difficulty significantly. Also, World Special 8-♕ from Super Mario 3D Land says hi.

I completed Champions Road back when i was 15, with Mario mind you, which made everything significantly harder. I remember spending days attempting to beat it and always dying at the water part, The Wii U version with it's decreased moving speed for characters made that part so precise you couldn't miss once.
